Administrative Assistant
Salem

Full-time Administrative Assistant to manage the daily operations of the front desk and act as In-Take Coordinator. Responsibilities include assistance with billing, scheduling client appointments, verifying health insurance benefits, as well as various office projects to support the clinical staff. A successful candidate must have excellent communication, organization, and the ability to respond to multiple demands in a flexible, supportive manner. Basic computer skills are necessary for this position.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a high school education and one to two years related office experience and/or training, perferably in a medical setting.
 

Case Manager (QMHA)
Eugene

Provides team facilitation and case management services to families with high risk children.  Provides social skills training to children, adolescents and adults to address presenting issues. Provides case management services and support to severe and persistently mentally ill adults. Works closely with therapist (QMHP) to support treatment goals.

Bachelors degree in social work, psychology or human services preferred, with at least two years experience working in the human services field.  Experience may be substituted for education. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a criminal background check.
 

Mental Health Therapist
Florence

Master's level professional to provide comprehensive assessment and treatment planning for adults, adolescents, children and families in a community mental health setting. Job responsibilities include individual and family therapy.  Families served include those in which children are reuniting with their families after out-of-home placement, those who are working to avoid out-of-home placement, and those who are making the transition to less intensive service provision. Will also provide treatment to individuals with severe and persistent mental health issues within a mental health setting.

Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related field. Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma or domestic violence a plus.  Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment, parenting skills and techniques, basic knowledge of child development and working with at risk individuals and families in the provision of services.  Strong understanding of available community resources and supports. Ability to travel to families’ homes and communities required.  Must have have a valid Oregon license, reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
 

Program Supervisor
Salem

Provides overall contract management support to family based services providers. Position includes flexibility in scheduling, collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth, including training in Fidelity Wraparound. Areas of responsibility include liaison with contractor, budget development and monitoring, quality and risk management and clinical supervision of Service Providers.  Qualified applicants will demonstrate knowledge of child welfare services and systems and be able to work within that structure.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in social services. Preference may be given to candidates with a Masters or Doctorate in counseling, social work or related field.  Licensure in the respective field preferred but not required.  Experience in family therapy or social service work, and supervisory experience in a related field highly preferred.  Should have knowledge in the areas of teaching, child development, child and family mental health, social learning theory, behavior management skills, and power and control dynamics.
 

Family Builder
Salem


Provides short term intensive services to families in which children are at risk of out of home placement, children are reuniting with families after out of home placement and foster or adoptive families who have children experiencing disruptive placements.  Provides skills training to children, adolescents and adults to address presenting issues. Develops and implements effective treatment plan.

Minimum of a bachelors degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with at least two years’ family counseling experience working with high risk families within the last five years, including one year experience working with sexually abused youth, victims/perpetrators of domestic violence, and alcohol/drug addictions. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and/or fingerprinting
 

Family Therapist
Salem (Marion/Polk County)
Roseburg (Part Time)

Provides short term solution-focused therapy to families with children at risk of out of home placement, returning home from out of home placement, or at risk of losing foster or adoption placements. Provides mental health treatment to children, adolescents and adults. Develops and implements brief, goal oriented therapeutic treatment plans.

Position includes flexible schedule, clinical supervision toward licensure, collaborative work environment and opportunities for training and professional growth, including training in Fidelity Wraparound.

Master's Degree in social work, psychology or counseling preferred.  Experience may be substituted for education. At least two years experience working with high risk families within the last five years. Experience working with sexually abused youth, victims/perpetrators of domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, and alcohol/drug addictions strongly encouraged. This position will be eligible for benefits.

Intensive Community Based Service Provider
Salem

Provides variable hours of "hands-on" in-home demonstration, teaching and support to achieve behavioral changes in families where child mental health issues are present.   Will assess the youth's needs and co-create a behavioral plan.  Collaborates with other service providers and community agencies, giving oral and written reports. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Position includes flexible schedule, clinical supervision toward licensure, collaborative work environment and opportunities for training and professional growth, including training in Fidelity Wraparound.

Ability to travel to families' homes and communities required. Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, family studies or related field with at least two years of knowledge of parenting skills and techniques, basic knowledge of child development and working with disadvantaged individuals and families in the provision of services. Experience may be substituted for degree.  This position is eligible for benefits.
